Please read before booking online:

  • If you have 3 or fewer people, please book the appointments together. There is an option when choosing certain services to book multiple.

 

  • If your party is bigger than 4 people, please send me a message with the details of your event here.

 

  • All appointments must be approved before they are final. Your appointment is not booked until you receive a confirmation email.

 

  • If you are booking bridal makeup, you will need to fill out a bridal contract and pay a deposit before your booking is final.

  • If you are attending a wedding and are not the bride or bridesmaid, please book under "General Makeup". (This includes mothers and mothers-in-law) 

  • Hailey McConnell only accepts bookings in the Northern BC area.
     

  • Basic Lashes are only included in "Bridal Makeup". The price does not change if the client does not want or need false eyelashes.
     

  • A travel fee will be added for any service outside of city limits of $0.95 per km (both ways).

 

  • Any necessary parking fee will be paid also by the client.

 

  • In the event that the booking is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

  • This is a “makeup & go” basis, after completion, Hailey McConnell is not required to stay. If required to stay later for touch-ups, a “touch-up” fee will be added. (Even if the service is completed earlier than expected).

 

  • Any client showing up late for their scheduled service will receive a shortened service.

 

  • Any no-shows for wedding parties scheduled will be charged the full price of service.

 

  • Hailey McConnell has the right to refuse service to any client who, at the time of their service, has open wounds/cuts, cold sores, rashes, or anything else that may be harmful or contagious to the makeup artist and other clients.

 

  • Early start fee of $20 per hour prior to a 8am start time.

 

  • If you are paying in cash the day of please have everyones' money collected in an envelope for easy exchange upon arrival.

 

  • Makeup & hair trials are held at the makeup artists' studio.

 

  • In the event that something is damaged during your service (equipment, makeup, spills, etc.) Hailey McConnell is not held responsible.

 

  • Credit must be given to Hailey M. Makeup in any photos posted on social media that contain a view of the makeup.
